As manager of our Maintenance Department, John Keilman efficiently and safely provides upkeep, preventative maintenance and repairs to all of our client homes. To highlight just a few of the areas that fall within his purview, John manages landscaping and property maintenance, technology (internet, cameras, lighting and electric gates), mechanical systems, HVAC, general maintenance and cleaning.
